Both Parents excellent hunting and family dogs.

Puppies will be 7 weeks on April 28th. Only 2 males remaining.
Puppies have dew claws removed and will receive first round of shots at 6 weeks.

Just curious but has the AKC started recognizing other Lab colors?

Fox Red is considered a shade of yellow. It will be listed as "yellow" on any AKC registration. It is recognized as being within the breed standard. Fox Red or a deep yellow was actually the "original" yellow color of a labrador way back when. It was selectively bred out - due to black and the lighter yellow you're more accustomed to seeing being more popular.

AKC Yellow = Fox Red all the way to very faint yellow/cream.

Caveat emptor though - you'll see a lot of people try to stick a Viszla somewhere in the breeding. I'd be hesitant to trust something being a purebred labrador with super light jowls/nose/eyes. (Not talking about the OPs post - they look normal and good).

I only have 2 males remaining. The lighter yellow is the alpha pup of the litter. He is going to be a superb hunting dog. The other is beautiful fox red pup that is super smart and has plenty of personality. Both pups are great, but they need to find another home in next few weeks!!
