Any of you guys own this rifle in 7.62x39? Been considering picking one up due to having lots of ammo for it.

Had one. Sold it. Regret it. Been looking for another locally. Pretty decent and accurate gun.

Yes, and I really like it. Bought it for my son when he was small. Surprisingly accurate even with steel cased Wolf ammo. I still use it because it’s so handy.

I might grab one later today. I'm still debating on it.

I have it in 300 BO. Super handy little rifle, makes a great suppressor host. My 11 yo has claimed it, took his first buck with it last fall.

Some of the best $400 you can spend, they shoot great and make great UTV racked beaters

Bought a .300 BO model (AR Mag) and had it rebarreled to .300 Ham’r. Only one range session since, but it shows great accuracy potential with Wilson factory ammo. Topped it with a Trijicon Accupoint 3-9 scope. Hoping suppressor will make it out of jail before rifle season this fall.

Would y'all just stop...I want a 300 Hamr bolt gun and eyeballed this option hard. I've decided instead to build it off a Zermatt Origin but y'all are making me rethink the whole ranch rifle thing. FWIW - I ain't doing a nut regardless, I'll order the reamer and gauge and do it the shouldered way.

What type of optic are you guys running? What do you need it to do? Would just be used for plinking and maybe shooting some hogs. Don't plan on shooting it past 200 yards. I have a Bushnell Elite 4200 3-9x40 sitiing in my safe I could throw on it but was thinking of going with some sort of budget LPVO.

Mine, a Predator in 6.5 Grendel, is one of the most accurate rifles I have owned. It wears a Burris Fullfield 4.5-14.
