mind if I ask why you are selling it? I have the opportunity to make an acquisition in business that will help catapult our growth. I have hunted this place for 20 years. Lots of memories. Lots of critters!! If the state of lending was different right now, I wouldn't even consider selling it. Banks do not want to lend money in the financial services IE insurance space.

Not sure if this was asked. if it doesnt sell would you lease it out for a month? im a bow hunter looking for a place. pop up blind only 2-3 deer max just looking for meat, if it doesnt sell, sorry i am not in a fincial position to buy but i can lease for a month or so.
