If you had a LTC, she was wrong. You can't carry "on premises"...being defined as inside a school building.

One of the children killed was the daughter of the pastor of the church. So, so sad.

Was that a hi point carbine? Kind of looks like a Kel-Tec. Yep, Kel-Tec folding carbine and S&W M&P Shield EZ. I've heard reports of a braced AR, but none of the news stories I've read have showed the AR in question.
