Looking for any suggestions.
Need an NFA trust for a suppressor and didn't know if there were some forum members who could recommend any individuals to draft one.
texasguntrust.com was one that was recommended.

SK Arms in Flower Mound uses an attorney out of Austin. Super easy and fast you can do it all at their shop.

Wait till after May 31st. The pistol brace fiasco will be over. What precisely do you mean by this? What's expected to happen in May 1 that would cause the pistol brace thing to be over?

Yes. Me. My primary practice areas are estate planning & tax law, so NFA trusts and estate planning with firearms falls naturally into what I do.
My office contact information is in my sig line. I've had some health problems recently, but am still working 3-4 days a week.

From what I understood while this lawyer was talking, if you have an AR "Pistol" with a "brace", effective May 31st they become illegal. Everyone is trying to create a trust to put them in before the jack booted thugs come to get them. I'm sure, as usual, I have this mixed up, so aske an expert.

It is a catch 22 and I'm sure ATF did it on purpose. Your braced pistol had to be on your trust before the rule went into effect, but there was no reason for anyone to put their braced pistol on your trust prior to the rule so there are probably 0 braced pistols on anyone's trust. Therefore you'd need to register it under the specific 2021R-08F form and would need to be done as an individual and then if you want the new SBR to be on your trust you'd have to pay for a transfer to the trust. Or just register it on the old Form1 and pay the money up front, either way same result.
