Wife wanted to finish off the Italian leftovers tonight. Gave me an excuse to go dumpster diving in the bottom of HER freezer. Found 3 tiny little Ahi filets and an open freezer-burned bag of spicy Schezhuan vegetables. What's a boy to do??? Rice, wasabi, soy, and pickled ginger. Eat your heart out, Red Lobster. Any country boy can make garlic cheddar biscuits!! smile
