High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

Praying for Peace and comfort for your mother, you and your family. Been a Homecare nurse for 33 years and started doing Hospice 6 years ago. Best transition I could have made. It’s truly a Blessing to go to work and do something you love to do.

Thanks for all the prayers.

She’s being moved to a private room at the nursing home. It’s more peaceful and away from the other residence.

Prayers up. We have been caring for my mom for the past 7 years after dad died. She passed on the 18th of February. It's not easy but I know she is better off. She fought dementia for several years and she just couldn't do it any more I guess. She's probly up there chewing my Dad's azz for something as I type, so she's happy I know.

Sorry for your loss.

My sister and I have been taking care of our mother for the past 7 years. My dad passed in his sleep 11 years ago and we didn’t think mom would be long behind. But we were blessed to have her for this long. I’ve let her know that it’s okay to move on and be with her husband and other family members. Her sister passed last year at 103.

Thanks again for all your prayers.

My mom passed away peacefully last night in her sleep. I will miss her but I know she is in a better place now. I'll be bringing her to be interred with her husband in the Calverton National Cemetery. My dad was in the navy and then worked as a engineer with Grumman and Northrop/Grumman. One of his favorite projects was the F14 and he worked at Calverton for many years on the F14 among other very cool aircraft. My favorite was the Lunar Module for the Apollo moon landings.
