My front tires are just about completely slick. This is a Honda Rancher with 24x8-12 tires. What replacement tires have you folks been happy with? Carlisle, Wanda, Maxxis?

That’s interesting - a run-flat ATV tire. For me though, the good news is that our place isn’t tough on tires when it comes to thorns. But, if run-flat is no more expensive than good alternates, it might be what I need.

If you've ran tires down to just about slick with no issues, sounds like tires that ride well, some slime, you be good.

just about everyone has good tires and bad tires. just watch the number of ply's. If you liked the stock ones, typically the dealer will sell take-offs or facebook marketplace/craigslist on take-offs. then you could get them with rims already saving you the cost and trouble of removing/replacing from your rims. heck, try to get 25's. way better than the 24's you have now and fit perfectly.

I live in mequites and had good luck with these 6ply Wandas and a shot of slime.
They were about 2 years old in this picture.
I had chevron tread mud tires with wide spaces between knobs on there for a while and the Wandas are much smoother due to knobs closer together.

Vern, I just ordered to Wanda 6 ply tires for the front end. They got good reviews.

I got the Wanda 6 ply front tires and had them mounted. I like them. Not rough when on the paved road and good grip on dirt and mud. It was a good choice.
