Heard a strange sound this morning. Sandhill cranes flying north. Haven't heard them in a while. Maybe a sign that the worst of winter is over?

Had some come over last week. Thought same. Dont remember seeing them on a reg basis.
If the 2nd amendment was written just to include guns for hunting, why is there not an amendment to protect fishing poles?

I had a ton of Robins in my pastures a few days ago. Haven't seen or heard any cranes yet. I think spring has sprung.

See a lot of them in west Texas. I bet they didn’t get much done in this wind, today.

They’ve been going north for about 2 weeks. Geese too. I've been seeing them for about 2 weeks as well. Central Texas. Had hundreds land just off of my property near the little brazos.

They came over my place a week ago. First time in 10 years I have ever heard them this far east.

I had some at my feeder last month in Northern Erath County. I also saw them fly over last week just before dark.

Snow Geese were on the move north yesterday. Was driving from NE KS to central IA for a cousin's funeral. Saw thousands in flight, pastures, and water bodies.
Glad to be back home in TX!

Another sign. I walk out back today and find about 20 or more of these already blooming. The Robins have been hanging around for about 2 weeks. I didn't know if they were just getting here of about to leave.
