Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, b/c they know not victory nor defeat"- #26 TR

Yes, please do Prayer sent. Very nice dude. RIP Tony. Will get out the knife he made me and make sure I use it this week in his honor...

Yes, from Godley I remember him, seems like he was from down around Godley or Cresson. RIP

Aw man. Didn't want to see this today. He traded my dad a knife for some dental work back in the day. The knife is mine now and will use it more often.
RIP, Tony.
If anyone finds his obituary, please post the link.

RIP Tony!
I had him make my son's first hunting knife about 15 years ago.

RIP BT! I never had the opportunity to meet him but remember him and his knives.

When he was young, I told Dale Jr. that hunting and racing are a lot alike. Holding that steering wheel and holding that rifle both mean you better be responsible. Dale Earnhardt

I don’t think he visited here much in the past few years, but thought that the long timers here might remember him. He had been battling a couple health issues the past few years, and today he has been freed from them. He was a kind, caring and funny guy, as well as a knife maker.
Anyway, just wanted to let y’all know, and if you’re the praying type please send some up for his family. Gonna miss you Big T. .gif)

RIP Tony!
He made my son his first knife and sheath, wouldn't let me pay him for it.
