Well, we've all been pent up for three days but the thaw happened today. What's for dinner....at home or the restaurant? Grilled deer burgers, roasted parmesan Brussels and bacon mashed sweet potatoes.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

That looks great. I had a bacon cheese burger from "got Smoked BBQ" in Payne Springs. (just south of Gun Barrel City 5 minutes from the house) They are in the little shack right across from Vickeys bbq (which sucks). Dudes got some killer BBQ if you can get there before he sells out.
Haven't had it in years but never spit any out. I am a sucker for happy endings and strapped cowboys.
