Weight limits! 😂 the only weight limits are minimum weight limits!
I’m sorry if your team has an undersized player that got hurt! Should’ve drafted/signed someone else!

slow-mo is. just a good wrap up on open field tackle pass play. Nothing you can do to prevent it. An all grass field maybe would of helped it some. Nothing from a mechanics or form prospective that will prevent the injury. nothing nothing in that video thats, vicious, pointed, power, size etc. related to that injury.

I don’t know where to begin with this.

It’s football. It’s a game. I doubt any one of those players are even remotely intimidated by a face shield.

For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

There was a lot of football being played with smaller players in the past and we sat glued to the set, randy white, Bob lilly, Leroy Jordan, Jim brown, on and on. The size of the players has no correlation to the excitement of the game and viewing audiences. But, according to physics; greater mass delivered at faster speed over lesser mass will always cause more damage.

Randy White barely fits you weight limits as a DL but he was essentially a DE/OLB, So he is 30lbs over

Like I said you just tossed alot of HS kids.

size had zero todo with this injury

Some players are just extremely physical. Yes, they hit HARD. Can’t even imagine how the league would handle the violence and mayhem of a Dick Butkus in his prime today.

The Aussies are known to laugh at what we call football. However, the lack of padded protection makes you wonder if the hits are actually not as intense. If you watch this video, you can see that intentional hits with the head are practically non-existent.

I did have an Australian co-worker once tell me that if you're not bleeding at the end of an Australian football game, you didn't play.
