Hello All,
I'm searching for a previous thread in which @Guy had some great tips for preparation and cooking of duck breast. Can't seem to find it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Coat in olive oil cover with Montreal Steak Seasoning once room temperature grill till medium rare. It will taste like a sirloin steak.

Put it a big ole pot with carrots and potatoes and whatever seasoning you prefer. Put in 4 cups of water and boil it for 45 minutes. Then take duck out and throw it in the trash and eat the carrots and potatoes.
some people like silver and gold I like brass and lead with a little powder in between
