We cut a 5ft cedar from the lease this year. Ain't paying no $50 for a 5' Douglas fir.

Did you check it for squirrels first?
I like the smell of a real tree, but ours is fake. Sometimes we get some trimmings from the tree lot so the house smells good.

Branches were pretty spindly so can't hang too much stuff on it. House smells good though!

My tree is normally about 14'. This year I was not planning on being home, so when things changed and went to pick one up the other day it was slim pickings. What I got is about 7'.
My botnet is bigger than yours.
