We have whitetail and axis. Well fed. $350 for whitetail doe, $450 for axis doe. $2,000 for axis buck. $1200 for whitetail buck 8 or 9 point. I will guide the hunt, help with cleaning and say which bucks are eligible to harvest. There are several nice bucks to choose from. There are just a few whitetail I don’t want taken. Biggest axis bucks can be taken. There are some nice ones but our best are summer bucks and will be available when they are ready.

Ya'll need to go and check this ranch out. Warren and his wife were awesome and know how to raise some quality Axis. Just did a hunt with them yesterday and was way impressed. Saw deer, axis and whitetail from the moment I arrived. I'll also tell you it is a hunt, animals acted the way they should, very flighty but not pressured. Whether you hit up one of the winter bucks or wait for for the summer rut I don't think you'd be disappointed. There are some Axis just now putting on some serious growth that are going to be absolute toads later in the year. Warren and his wife worked hard to make sure this old vet had a good time, I'm still grinning from ear to ear. ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2022/12/full-72272-374294-img_1181.jpg)

Yes. I just went and set the feeder off and they came out. Didn’t see any hard horned bucks. They are huge! Going to be true trophy animals come spring. A dozen or so does so hopefully someone will come get a few.
Still have some nice whitetail bucks too

The top round r oast where fairly mabled throughout. I know it may be a sin with axis but I made some breakfast sausage with one included some trimmings from other parts and 80/20 blend of venison to pork fat. I'll tell you now it's pretty special.
