Secret to life is keep moving. Your friend is a professional and his body is tuned for the sheetrock and siding work. You used muscles today you did know you had. Yeah, And if his first tenant tears up that house he'll use the daily used muscles he knows he has. Many years ago I sold the one and only rent house I've ever owned. One was enough. I’ve always said college town are the best for rent houses and that if I ever owned some, they would be cinder brick walls I agree on the college town part. These days there is so much financial news on college debt, the value of a college education, etc. that I would want my investment somewhere like A&M College Station. I'm just too far from there to tend to it.
