Can I take the plug out of my shotgun to hunt for hogs? Is that legal in texas

Of course you can. Just be sure to remember to put it back in later if you ever do any waterfowl hunting. Waterfowl are the only thing that requires the plug to be installed.

Of course you can. Just be sure to remember to put it back in later if you ever do any waterfowl hunting. Waterfowl are the only thing that requires the plug to be installed. You mean migratory birds. Dove are not waterfowl.

Seriously, not sure if there are any means and methods restrictions on hogs. Certainly good to go with plug removal.

Seriously, not sure if there are any means and methods restrictions on hogs. Certainly good to go with plug removal. Even with plugged removed you'll wish you had more.
