Who all is going to do some dove/teal scouting this wkd and if so post up what you find. I still need to decide where I will be dove hunting on the 1st. Hopefully I'll find what im looking for.

Scouting? That is what the outfitters are for! Heck, on the dove opener, you just pray the birds are there normally.

This weekend would be a great weekend to scout. But, I have to go to a soccer tournament in Lake Jackson. I was south of Rosenberg yesterday evening just off of Hwy 59. Thousands and thousands of whitewings. Tons of morning doves too. I hope they stay until Sep. 18th!!

Just back, I saw at least 35-40 canada geese on a N TX lake today, not so many teal, but Im not worried, this was just spot scouting today, oh yeah and killed a cottonmouth too, so theres one less for yall to watch out for.
