Venison Fideo.

Quick and delicious meal with ground venison. I leave the peppers out when cooking for the kids.

When I was a young man I used to fish hard in the cold at all hours of the night raining or not and finally get home hungry. This meal always warmed up my soul before hitting the pillow and going to work in the morning. Nothing like a big bowl or two of spicy Fideo after a cold night of stabbing flounder or jerking them off the bottom.

I eat one meal a day.

It's hard, but I can do it now.

Before I would be shaking if I skipped a meal. I have gone 2 days without eating lately.

Not sure what changed, but something did. Have lost my appetite and desire to cook.

Me to brother man. Not sure what changed, I still have my appetite but we fast every Monday anyway nothing but black coffee and water from 7PM on Sunday to 7AM on Tuesday. Been doing it for about 2 years now and feel great. I just don’t have the desire to cook like I used to. It’s just not fun to me anymore.
