What size extension tube do you have for going on a conservation hunt?

Or do you not even use one.

Asking for a friend.

I put a plus 8 on my SBE 3. Give me 9 rounds total of 3" shells. Briley in Houston is the place to go

Stickin' gills and Stackin' bills

In a world of compromise..... some dont....

I would suggest pulling your plug and be done with it. In my experience with tubes is that I shoot better without them and with them, due to the added weight and unequal balance. I used them in the early years of the conservation season and then got away from them. In most scenarios after 3-4 shots most people are just spraying and praying. If you feel the need to still purchase one, I'd suggest a +2 tube.

Agree with twdjr, and he knows about killing a mountain of geese. There's usually once a season where I wished I had a tube, but mostly not. It is also a good way to burn a bunch of shells on bad shots.

I hunted with some guys in Arkansas who loved to "dump the tube", they spent more time reloading their guns than they did picking up birds.

It’s been my experience that after 4-5 shots you’re just burning ammo.
