Let’s discuss Canadians.

Canada is more socialistic in my opinion.

Friendly, polite people.

Just remember the citizens of Newfoundland that graciously took in planes full of Americans when the air space was shutdown following the 9-11 attacks.

"Socialist" and "lazy" are synonymous.

I know delivering freight in a 53’ trailer in downtown Quebec sucks donkey pecks.

And I didn’t quite understand why I was asked if I wanted gravy on my cheeseburger?

I’ve been there a few times. I’m done with going there anymore.

I’ll say this….regardless of age, I don’t expect, nor want the govt to take care of my family or I.

Every time I have been there hunting or fishing, the guides outfitters etc. worked very hard. Not my experience when passing through and dealing with people in towns and cities. Kind of like our cities here.

The Canadians I've known worked hard and partied hard, but were less individualistic and more community and family orientated, than Americans.

for every stereotype there's a prototype don't be the prototype

All I ever dealt with were refrigeration techs, they worked their azzes off, even the frogs in Quebec, arrogant A-holes but aren't all frogs?

Been to Canada a lot, oddly I run in to a lot down here doing elective surgeries. They have a very interesting visa program especially for Australia etc.

Over all I wouldn’t say they aren’t lazy but I do think their liberal politics are a JOKE especially at border security. I wish Mexico bordered them so they would shut up. They have the strictest entry requirements in NA. Fact they chime in on our southern boarder is a joke.

If I was President, I’d start shipping border by immigrants by gaunt boats to Vancouver

They wouldn’t make it past the border checkpoint in Washington. But they could probably go around over land maybe. That would be a hoot. Illegals do make it up there though and cross not at the official checkpoints or hide in a vehicle.

Entering Canada by air or land is usually when I get the most questions compared to any other international travel.

Arriving Mexico this week.

I like my vendors in Canada. They have always been easy to deal with. On the flip side I hate selling to Canadians. They complain about everything. If something comes in with a little scratch on it you get an email with 15 pictures of the scratch that has nothing to do with the performance of it. It will be scratched up a lot worse than that in one day of use. Something gets held up at the border for a day. You get an email complaining about it. And you can't control it. Happens every single time. There is always something to complain about. I ship to Mexico and I have no complaints.

Canadian customs in the airport have a real chip on their shoulder....especially for Texans.

Their government is very protective of their jobs and resent US contractors.

Other than that we found the citizenry very pleasant.
