Hopefully y'all don't tear me up too bad, but just had to share the beans I made over the weekend. Made them in the instant pot just as a test. They turned out awesome! I've cooked beans in a pot all day on the stove that weren't this good. Took a little over an hour from start to finish. Paired the leftovers with some pulled pork sammiches the next afternoon. Those beans look good, and I bet were tender as could be from the IP. The pork looks amazing!!!

there is no wrong way to make beans. I do use a pressure cooker though. Overnight in the Crockpot for me as I love the smell throughout the house.
