Good tequila appears to be relevant. Patron silver for this round. Agave syrup. That’s the key adjustment. Too much/little and it’s all wrong.

Squeeze the limes into ice trays and freeze. No need to mess up a margarita with water.

Good friend of mine on this forum helped teach me to reload. He likes to drink. He told me 50x to never drink when loading. Tip top advice. Never will mix those two.

A wonderful lady in our family passed away this year a week shy of 103. Her daughter had it rough a couple years dealing with her failed health. After her Mom passed she declared it the summer of the Perfect Margarita. I guess she needed something to help the stress ease on out. We tried every scratch recipe you could think of. None were that great but all were good.
This stuff is good. Just tequila and this is all you need. Actually doesn’t sound like you NEED much of anything-I think you’re on a roll.
