Looking for some THF wisdom here.....
The water pressure in my master bathroom is pretty low, and seems to have gotten worse over the last 6 months or so. It is noticeably weaker at the sink faucets and shower. The rest of the house seems fine, and doesn't seem to have changed as far as I can tell at the other sinks or showers.
I don't think we have any leaks, wet spots outside, or noticeable increase in water bills.
Any ideas what could be causing this or do I need to call a plumber? Thoughts?

Is it specific to the hot or cold water? It could be debris in the hot water line from your water heater. But as RedRanger stated check all your in line filters and aerators.

For newer homes, there may be a scald protection mixing valve at the water heater. It looks like a regulator, but is plumbed into both the hot and cold water. That "Blended" hot water line runs only to the master bath and was required by the type of shower and tub fixtures we chose. (Separate Hot and cold valves on the fixtures, with no scald protection in the fixture). That mixing valve has strainers on both the cold and hot sides. They got fowled with sand after a water main break and greatly reduced the flow to the bath tub.
We all need to practice Whoa more.

My water meter broke, and it kept the house from getting full pressure. Turn your outside faucet on and let it run and check the meter to see if it's spinning.

It's both hot and cold water. I'll check the filters/aerators. Seems weird it would affect two sinks and two shower heads in the master and nowhere else....

Mine have debris shower head? Start with this for sure. Had this happen in my own home. City was working on a line and got dirt in the system. First places I ran the water caught all the debris. Depending on the age of the home angle stops tend to get a lot of build up in them also.

I have the same problem. I had a new water heater put in and the plumber replaced the 5/8" lines to and from the water heater with 1/2" PEX. I blame my lower pressure on this, but I don't know if that's it.

Simple check:
Turn all the water off in house and outside. Walk to your meter up front and see if the dial is spinning. If so you have a leak.

On each faucet the end will unscrew & there is a mesh screen inside it.. Unscrew them & see if the screen is clogged up. This will happen sometimes more than others. Also you could be getting calcium buildup. Hope this helps &you get it figured out.

Thanks everyone for the tips. I figured out my faucet has an internal screen. It took a few minutes to figure out how to remove it, but I took it out and swapped with one from another faucet and that seemed to fix the problem. I just need to order new screens.
Appreciate it!

The best way to check for low volume at the fixture is to disconnnect the supply at the stop coming out of the wall, then screw a longer supply hose(dishwasher supply) to the stop. Grab a bucket and see what kind of volume/pressure is coming out of the stop (supply valve). This will usually tell you if it is an expensive problem, or a less expensive problem.

Appreciate it! Or take the clogged screen, put in glass with white vinegar or CLR overnight. It usually will dissolve the blockage.
