I stick mine in a gallon zip lock with pineapple juice, tequila, Uncle Chris, soy sauce, and black pepper. 4 parts pineapple to 1 part tequila. Everything else to taste. Marinate over night.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

The one posted above would be really good, and is similar to what I use. Since marinades only penetrate 1-2mm, the flank or skirt steak is perfect for a 2-8 hour marinade, and then grill to rare or medium rare (I like 125 degrees). Make in the morning, soak all day, and have for dinner! Slice really thin, across the grain and enjoy!! The only thing I marinate longer is tougher cuts like London Broil or Tri-Tip, and then I poke a million holes in it with my tenderizer and do a couple days. Fine line between too much acid, too long, and making beef ceviche.
Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!

One small can of pineapple juice, refill the can with soy sauce and water. Marinade the meat overnight in that, then season with fiesta brand seasoning. Let it sit on a rack in the fridge for a few hours. Cook super hot and fast on the fire, be sure to cut against the grain.

Poke full of holes with a jaccard and dust with Fiesta brand Fajita Seasoning. In a blender cube up and drop in 1 pack of achiote paste (this is a must), 1 small can of chipotles in adobo sauce, 1 red onion, 1 head of fresh garlic, 2 tbs Wichersister Sauce, 2 tbs soy sauce, 2 tbs apple cider vinegar, 1 tbs black pepper, juice from 2 limes, 1/2 cup pineapple juice, cut with water and puree that. Place meat in a ziplock, cover with mixture, and marinate for 24 hrs. Grill over mesquite coals. This is something I came up with years ago and it's always a hit, very good flavor and tender fajitas. Use the same marinade for what I call my red Mexican chicken.

I don’t have a recipe for the meat, I just buy it from the local meat market.
Now for the vegetables, put them in a HOT skillet, about half way through, pour some Jose Cuervo margarita mix in there and let it steam.
