Clear Fork Country in Graham is under new ownership, Husky whom has interacted some on THF. His product offerings look good.

I would take them to Fischers Meat Market in Muenster.

What about Bayco or Bridgeport processing? Sniper Rab was not a fan of Bridgeport processing back in the day; subpar processing if I recall accurately.

Following. Bridgeport sounded expensive too. I was thinking of using Cinnamon Creek

If you're in Olney or close to it, Bayco in Seymour. They package it right and great cuts, you also get your deer back.

J&J processing out of Graford is who I've used over the years. Pretty straight-forward pricing and generally a quick turnaround.

Clear fork in Graham is good. J&J is horrible, lost two deer heads and they would give me about 15 pounds of meat on pick up. Fischer’s in Muenster and Kuby’s in Dallas are the best. IMHO
If you're coming for mine, you better have yours!
