Considering the wind blows, I’m going to guess not.
Same as I don’t believe there’s any place on the lower 48 that’s never had a human walk on it I remember hunting in Colorado my first time, back in 83 and wondered the same thing. I was way off the beaten path and thought no one ever come back here. Then I came across an old beer can. Thought the same thing a few years later...........You guessed it...........Candy bar wrapper...........
