Anybody ever had a brand new rail that had to be more than gently pushed over the barrel nut? Brand new Wilson Combat rail and barrel nut.

Anybody ever had a brand new rail that had to be more than gently pushed over the barrel nut? Brand new Wilson Combat rail and barrel nut. We keep them pretty tight, sometimes you have to tap them on with a plastic hammer.
