These things are getting pretty cavalier with their decision to roam close to the house. Looks like some grub control and hog killing is in order. This makes the 7th one this month. [Linked Image]

I stepped out the other morning and there was a mess of them in front of the house. Closest was about 10 ft from me. They got kinda excited and left.


Without a sense of urgency, nothing ever happens.

At the home we sold a few years ago I had them rooting where my slab met dirt under my my kids bedroom windows

At that distance, ill bet they walked on our front porch

At that distance, you could go Tim Wells style and open a window and use a blowgun. Could be interesting. There are things worse in life I guess than the bbq coming to you.
