Found what I consider a good deal on a left handed M2 camo gun
What is y’all’s experience with this gun? I know Benelli has a sterling reputation for being tough as nails.
I’ve never shot one, so I can’t speak to recoil in the inertia system over a gas system.

Hunting ,you probably won't feel the xtra recoil. If you shoot clays you will probably notice the recoil if you are shooting hotter loads. Felt recoil is a personal thing.

I’ll never shoot clays out of this gun other than a few boxes for initial break in. Im not particularly recoil sensitive….my ideal day of duck hunting is walking out of the woods having fired 8-10 shots max

I had a left hand M2 for a while. Loved the gun. One thing I wasn't fond of was loading the magazine. Always caught my thumb. Also after a lot of shooting I would notice my left middle finger got sore from the trigger guard hitting it. Great shooting gun.

As Bobcat says it is a bit pinchy on the fingers when loading the tube. I have had 2 Game Wardens comment on it when checking my tube capacity. Other than that the kick is tolerable and its performance is perfect. I have never fired a load that would not cycle through it.

They don't leave you wanting for more. For a tough gun that points easy and is easy to maintain they are pretty sweet. If you need to shoot 3.5" you aren't doing it right anyway.

My cousin shoots an M2. One day while duck hunting I asked if we could switch guns. The M2 felt very good on the shoulder and points very well. It made my stoeger m3000 feel like a hunk of firewood. I would love to own an M2 but I'm too cheap to buy one.

I shoot a left handed M2 20g. Love the gun. I think it shoots way smoother than my SBE2.

Don’t own one- have SBE 3 love it in 20Ga. Had custom shims built for it- they tend to shoot high. Have shot 1000s of dove in Argentina w M2 20ga. Reason the top Outfitters tend to lean to the M2 is reliability
