No leaks, everything works that I know of..... (water tank and couch have been removed, but I have these, couch is dirty, was replaced with chairs)
Very good condition for a camper this age.
Has an extra 120v room air conditioner in the bedroom window. Has four bunks, top two fold up and make storage;
Has decent tires, will travel; No title, clean bill of sale, was ran through DPS for a 3 day travel placard to move to where it sits.

$1500 cash where it sits between Quanah and Crowell, or trade toward a side by side...

Price goes up if I have to move it back to the house or the metroplex...

The cabinet and coffee pot on it have been removed for the previous owner. There may still be a few personal items left in there like shoes, hunting aides, etc.
