40+ acres available in Jacksonville/Rusk area no water or electric this place is secluded has not been hunted in years stands and feeders in place big deer area has deer, hogs, coyotes, bobcats ready immediately showing this Saturday don’t expect this place to last 5000

It’s high but if it’s in the right spot and has big deer coming through on occasion I’d rather pay for a smaller property by myself than mess with several people hunting with me, maybe I’m weird but if it has larger properties around it doesn’t sound to bad to me.

Drive back and forth on Hwy's 79 & 84 from Palestine and you can pick up all the road kill you can fill up a 1/2 ton pickup bed with.... City of Palestine's been busy with road kill's here in town as long as it's cool at nite...
