Wife got a Ball Jelly Maker and has been experimenting with pepper jelly. ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2022/09/full-2150-361623-pxl_20220904_194835701.jpg) Mango habanero (there are 9 habaneros in that one jar  ) I thought she was making 2 jars so I diced up 9 peppers. It's surprisingly not too hot for me, but others may not enjoy it. Strawberry serrano Pure Green Chile- she needs to play with the pectin ratio a little more on this one but it's still really good.

Those look good. I want to try jalapeño/ peach I make a jalapeño peach cobbler that is delicious. I love pepper jellies. Just something about spicy sweetness that speaks to me
