I am feeling buzz like and getting an itch to get a new gun. A nice 9mm pistol with a red dot is what I am needing in my collection.
Trijicon($500) vs leupold ($450) vs holosun ($325) seems to be the market.
Who is happy and unhappy with their product?
Who is using what?
Lets see those pics.

I’ve got the Romeo zero that came on the Sig. While there are some reports of battery issues, I’ve had great luck so far and the price is right.

I run the Holosun 407v2 on 2 of my shadow systems and like them a lot. Lots of solid features shake awake, solar power, 50k hours battery life.

I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect. Some people live an entire lifetime & wonder if they ever made a difference in the world, a veteran doesn't have that problem. Reagan

Trijicon RMR or SRO.
I have a holosun 507 and it’s had no problems so far.
The secret to a long life is to try not to shorten it.

I am thinking SRO personally. But the holosun is priced right and everybody that has one seems to like it. SRO is on sale (blemished) at midway for $476 right now. I may pull the trigger asap on that deal.
Let's go DOGE!!!!!

Your mileage may vary but I got tired of trying to figure out what red dot would fit my XD and who could/would do the machining. I ended up picking up the Hellcat RDP. I love the red dot and will never go back to iron sights for carry. I have 62 year old eyes hiding behind tri-focals (aka "Try And Focus"). Only way I could shoot distinguished at Front Sight was to cheat and peer thru the reader lenses at the target before the command on the single headshot stage. I could then present to the target and the front sight would be in focus. The red dot presents at the target distance so it is already in focus. Anyway, for me, the Hellcat with the Springfield Wasp is a great combo. Iron sights co-witnessed with the red dot makes for fast acquisition. Once you have the red dot, ignore the iron and make the shot!
