the Sixth Sense, yes, a great movie, but as we were heading out the door to drive to theatre, wife's water broke and first kid was born the next morning. It was almost a decade later when we actually got to see it... on television.

There is a movie out there called "Up the Academy." It was filmed in Salina, Ks. I was a street cop there when it was filmed in late '79. We got pretty good money for being security there for the filming. There is (was, I dunno cuz I never watched it) a scene with a guy hanging on to the hood of a white cadillac as it was being driven wildly around a field with the intent of throwing him off. I was that guy.

Valley Girl, went to high school with the female lead Deborah Foreman, right? She was super cute...probably still is. I remember her being in one other movie about that time, Real Genius, and then she disappeared. Had forgotten about her, but she was my hearthrob girl at the time.
