I smoked some beef cheek, yeah the real deal, none of that white mom “let’s use a roast,” move!! Mmm barbacoa mini tacos is one of my go to meals. Cilantro onion and a roasted pepper stick a fork in me im done.
Those look great! I never made it till skinner shared his really simple recipe, love it!

Care to divulge that jalapeno sauce recipe??? Looks divine 16 jalapenos, 1 medium onion cut in half, 8 cloves of garlic, juice of 1 lime and 1/2 a cup of oil(I used canola). Boil the jalapenos, onions and garlic until soft and tender. Then remove them from the water and put into a blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
