How 'bout "darkest"? George C. Scott was in a movie, can't remember the name, where he goes into Mexico to try and rescue his daughter who's on track to be in a "snuff film." Now that's dark. I remember that movie, but don’t recall the name.

No Country for Old Men has some very sad parts. Tommy Lee's best lines in his career. And I'm not his biggest fan.

The Green Mile is a good one....John Coffee riding the lighting was a tough one. Green Mile is one of the greatest movies in cinematic history.

Yep... We had it on VHS tape, I'm surprised I didn't wear it out watching it when I was little. Savage Sam was a good sequel to it.

Yup.....I think "Hardcore" is the movie name. Pretty dark and disturbing for sure. The movie "The Deer Hunter" is a sad and disturbing one for me.
