Not much better eating than fried crappie. Only thing I like better is walleye.

I have gone smaller on my jig, 1/16oz 1 inch. They been working good last few weekends, but this weekend was real tough. This is the homemade tarter sauce I made with it. Did not have dill, so I used cilantro instead... That spice on the right is a 50/50 mix of black pepper and Tony's (seasoned salt). Kinda hard to mess up tarter sauce. My favorite fish released to the grease. Pretty good for a fresh water fish, almost as good as gasper goo.
