Is there any law in Texas that precludes one from possessing a polar bear claw in Texas?
I know its an odd question and the answer seems pretty obvious but I thought Id get those with more knowledge advice, particularly Game Wardens.

You want to look at Federal law, rather than state law. Specifically the Endangered Species Act and the Marine Mammal Protection Act. You probably also want to look at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service regulations.

the chief question is do you have a tag for them(carcass tag) or do you have proof that they are older than any regulation so they would be granfathered?
and i dont think they are illegal anyway
