I'd round up and call it a .004" bump.

Buzz, with the threads on seating dies you probably don’t need to back off more than an ‘hour’ if you consider it as a clock, maybe less.

You know buzz if you hit the zero on the fired piece your measure the actual setback.. makes it less hard to math
