Yes just don't use the humidifier. Get a 12V adapter, not inverter.
To be determined

I have a UPS that is the same size as the one I use on our router. It will run my CPAP for several days. If you get the type that Jimbo 1 shows, just be sure the end matches your machine. I have a ResMed AirSense 11 and it takes a different end. This is the one I have. UPS Backup

ResMed DC Power Converter for AirSense ™ 10 Series CPAP Machines SKU 37297 UPC 619498372973 How long will a 12v battery last using this? If I were to plug this into my car would it kill the battery overnight?

Everything depends up what you are using and how you use it.
My Resmed 10 Autosense runs on 24v DC, so it would need an “up converter” to use on a 12v battery.
As far as battery sizing, it pulls around 1 amp at 12v with a pressure setting of 13 and all climate features turned off. So that is around 8 AH (amp hours) of battery power per night. Using the heated tubing and humidifier functions can drive the consumption up to more like 60-70 AH hours per night. For reference, a small, sealed trolling motor batteries range from 55-100 amp hours. A riding mower size 12v battery is around 30 amp hours. You would need a deep cycle battery, whatever the size.
You can rig up a small 12v battery for emergency use, or buy a more elegant solution with a compact lithium battery pack and charger.

I have used a wal mart marine 29 for years when at the hunting lease, no humidifier. Same battery for years when fully charged lasts 2 days easily. Res Med 10. I have used both the dC converter and the inverter. I use the inverter mostly now because the white noise of the fan covers the breathing of the other 2 fellows in the 12 x 18 room.

Buy a properly sized Jackery Old thread but I took this advice and it worked great. It was a bit expensive at $300, but well worth the freedom it provided. I bought this jackery from Amazon Jackery Portable Power Station Explorer 300, 293Wh Backup Lithium Battery, 110V/300W Pure Sine Wave AC Outlet, Solar Generator (Solar Panel Not Included) for Outdoors Camping Travel Hunting Blackout I used it on a 14 night road trip where we camped in national al forests most nights. I would run my airsense cpap and phone charger every night. Running both 8 could get 3 nights out of a charge, using just the cpap I could've gotten 4 nights. But, every morning I would just plug in the charger to the rear 12v outlet of the car and while using the car that day it would fully recharge in about an hour. Its very light as well, not like a car battery or anything. I did buy the 12v cord for my cpap which uses less power from the jackery than plugging in the 120v plug. I highly reccomend it.
