Should be Franklin unless it’s farther north in which it’ll be Red River, we’ve got some land south of Bogata which is north of Mt Vernon as well and the area has some pretty solid deer numbers. Could be a nice little set up,

How does this work with the property being for sale? If it’s priced reasonably it will likely be sold before season starts?

Most important info that sellers never post ------------ what is around it ? If surrounded by 50 acre tracks, or next to 2--800 acre ranches. Makes a big difference.
