Has anyone gotten a good look at one of these? Good? Bad? Ugly?
Inquiring minds want to know.

I have to respectfully disagree with The PigPopper on middle of the road clarity and menu.
It think he may have confused it with a Rattler or another AGM model because the Fuzion is a handheld with no mount to comment on.
It the Fuzion 35-640 that I have is top of the line image and clarity and compares pretty favorably side by side to an Nvision HaloX50 if you walk in knowing that one is 3.5x and the other is 2x.
In my experience the Fuzion 35-640 image is notably better in almost all aspects in a direct comparison to the the Bering Optics SuperYoter 35 that I pair it with regularly.
I didn't expect much from it when I ordered it but t I've become a big fan of the product. It is likely the best thermal optic $$ I've spent over the last year.
The negatives I can come up with having only 1 cup of coffee so far is that the brightness adjustments are pretty course and the buttons aren't real glove friendly.
The original firmware had the same button to operate for both the LRF and the camera shutter and the programed the LRF as a long press and camera as the short press function. AGM listened to complaints and addressed this right away after US release and offered a firmware upgrade.

The Fuzion brightness was an eye burner for long exposure use. This night I cranked the brightness way down and drove 40+ miles scanning out the window while moving.

The dead feeder pig is actually 65yds. The LRF displays the last used measurement and does not constantly scan The water trough deer are at 100yds The funky palate was from February's deer count and I took the pic to show that I could easily make out the antlers in thermal.

Do you have any idea why the Asp monocular is more expensive than the Fuzion?

Do you have any idea why the Asp monocular is more expensive than the Fuzion? I'm not aware of any ASP monocular close to the Fuzion in price or function. If you're taking about the STING monocular you're paying for the compact size, extra accessories of the multi use optic as a clip on/helmet mounted, and you're paying for the shock isolation and mechanical functions of being able to move the display screen for establishing a zero. Most bluntly regarding the Sting, the price is higher now because the market will bear it for a while.

Not sure why the price different they both seem to have similar specs(12 μm, 35 mK NETD high sensitivity thermal detector) That being said I like my Fusion 640. Blew the doors off my older 320 Pulsar unit. And I got $200 off list price as some dealers will discount this model.(NVG's)

Aren't those manufacturer discontinued? I would suppose that dealers holding them have to try to recover their investment. In general outside of Nvision and trijicon thermal prices have decreased in the 2 years since they were released.
If it comes to it I'd choose replaceable rechargeable battery every time vs internal rechargeable if the performance were any where near comparable.

I think you're right about the ASP being discontinued. Evidently NVG's still have some in stock as you can put one in the cart. Agree on the internal rechargeable battery. My brother in law has the 320 ASP and loves it but his hunt times are rarely over three hours, not to mention I guess you have to send the unit back for replacement when the battery craps out.
