So I tossed on a pork butt late Saturday night. She picked out the seasoning, Sweet Pecan or something like that made by DeezNutz. It was actually a very good seasoning. 12.5 hours at 225, never wrapped, rested 4 hours. Oh, and I got a great nights sleep thanks to Yoder banana
