Didn’t want to hijack Blank’s thread. Anyone know anything about these? I’m trying to figure out if they are worth the price. I have Father’s Day gift card and trying to use is responsibly  I cook on cast iron everyday, so expanding my options makes sense https://smithey.com/collections/castiron/products/no-12-cast-iron-skillet
