Looks like I'm going to be looking for a few new members on my quail lease in Dickens county. Its 4400 acres with a camp area that has electric and water. Mostly all good dog country, there is only a few hundred acres that isn't really huntable (very rough) there will be a total of 7 quail hunters. I also lease to two deer hunters but they have plenty of places to hunt even if quail hunters are there. Very laid back lease, pretty much only rule is don't drive on the ranch if it's muddy/wet. You can hunt quail, dove, turkey and hogs/varmints. Each member is allowed 2 guest but limited to 1 limit of 10 birds a day, if we have a boom year, I may up that some. I do not have any deer hunting spots open. $1,800 per member for all year. PM me but be patient, I get bombarded with messages every year when I post this. I will return messages in order that I receive them. Lease is 5 miles east of Dickens right next door to the Pitchfork.
Haven't had it in years but never spit any out. I am a sucker for happy endings and strapped cowboys.

It was slow like most of west TX. Hhopefully all this rain we've been getting will help. I think I already have spots filled.

Price is very fair but I am not optimistic about numbers because of droit and extreme heat but could be a gold mine
