Bought one today off another deer forum I’m on . Original/ made in Texas. Stainless , synthetic stock . Cool gun . Anyone own one ? New in box ; never fired

I have this one. My grandpa bought one years ago when I was visiting for summer and I always remembered that gun so a few years ago I bought one from a guy on here.

I’ve got one. Bought a long time ago. Lost the little hatch cover on the end of the stock, where spare ammo is stored.

I had one years ago but it would break open every time it was fired.

I'd have to build a new butt stock for it.

Fellow I bought it from is in the National Guard . He told me there was one thing he wished he could give me , the original receipt. He bought it in Alaska and paid $450 for it new .

I have one of the originals. Well made compared to the later versions.

I gave $325. I was happy with what I gave for it . I went on several gun sites and they ran from a low of $200 for used to 500 for new .

I love mine , Several copperheads have met their demise.
