I don't know, but I do know the worst is Willie Nelson.
How that voice ever got famous I'll never know.
His voice is the equivalent of Joe Cocker in 60s rock.

Many good one's listed!! I didn't see Randy Travis listed, but he's one of those voices that can move you. I don't know that you could pick one "best".

Lot's of good ones. Best I don't know but I enjoy a voice that is distinct and I don't need to guess who it is unless I never heard them. To many new singers sound alike and nothing makes them unique.
Sometimes it's hard being me! But somebody has to do it.

We started taking a BB gun to gigs, anyone that requests Wagon Wheel gets the BB I liked the tune when it first came out but, damn they ran that thing in the ground. And NO, not one of the Best country voices.
