Hard to beat this view from one of our blinds in Runnels County! ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2022/06/full-37896-349880-e60eb19d_7e56_4b3d_9405_5d0dda24e4a2.jpeg)

Not a whole lot of cover out there. Nope we just finished removing mesquites and reseeding native grasses. Plenty of trees down in the creek bottoms though!

Good idea for a thread, assuming you want others to post their views. I’ll be slow to find time but I hope to post a bunch.

TX OutDoorsman heck of a view, what is the longest shot you have taken from your stand? Nothing past 200 yards. If we see something worth getting out and stalking in the winter wheat we will get out! Roughly 80 acres of winter wheat (in fall) at the bottom of the hill.

It’s very huntable from either end with that layout. ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2022/06/full-45514-350002-b3c5a5db_d072_49e6_abc5_d27d6c5ef2c4.jpeg)

Motex, some of ours looks kinda like that. But some appears more open but the thick plum thickets are way over head high so the deer feel secure, yet from an elevated blind we can see over. ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2022/06/full-45514-350006-fddfcac3_91f0_4691_96d0_9a2903682f81.jpeg)
