Threw this together for my wife a while back. I found the milk can at my hunting lease. The bottom was completely rusted away. Post was made from pallet wood. I temporarily taped a piece of cardbard on the bottom and set the post with some leftover concrete mix. Blue Jay's fly across our yard all day picking up peanuts out of the mail box.
